Homeowner would like grounding added , from the main water line in front yard to ground to a newly installed ground rod, then into panel.

Homeowner has copper strip in 3 different walls in home that he has bought grounding tools, to be grounded to receptacles in each room

Per Alex G (Requested 2 Technicians + Full Day)Per Matt - put this on electrical install Homeowner lives in a condo and would like to upgrade their 100 amp panel. Homeowner would also like to install three new ceiling fans in the three bedrooms upstairs.

1. Replace panel that is upstairs in laundry room. New panel may be bigger and there may be some drywall repair work to do afterwords. Drywall repair work is not included in this estimate. Replacing panel does include labeling the panel.

2. In master bedroom install new ceiling fan. We will use existing switch and turn outlet to constant hot. We will need to run a new switch leg up to fan and install fan on a ceiling fan rated box. Attic access

3. In the 2 other bedrooms we will do the same use the switch for the fan and make the outlet a constant hot. Both other rooms do not have attic access and we will need to cut holes in drywall to run wire.
