Project Overview: This project involves upgrading the main water filtration plumbing by replacing existing PEX lines with high-quality copper piping and re-installing your current filtration system for improved durability and flow.

Summary

​Conejo Services will decommission and remove the current whole-house filtration setup and its associated 1" PEX piping. We will then transition the system to a 1" copper configuration, incorporating three new shut-off valves to ensure ease of maintenance and system isolation. The existing filtration units provided by the customer will be integrated into the new copper manifold.

Scope of Work

​

Demolition: Remove the existing whole-house filtration system and all 1" PEX piping associated with the installation.

​

Copper Installation: Furnish and install new 1" copper piping for the filtration loop.

​Valving: Install three (3) new 1" shut-off valves to provide a proper bypass or isolation setup.

​

Filtration Integration: Install the customer-supplied existing water filters into the new copper line.

​Support System: Install professional-grade hangers and supports to secure all new copper lines to the structure.

​

Testing: Perform a leak test and pressure check on all new connections.

​

Exclusions

​Provision of new filtration units (system is customer-supplied).

​Any electrical work or grounding bonding not explicitly mentioned.

​Repair or replacement of existing plumbing fixtures beyond the immediate filtration loop.

​Workmanship & New Parts: Conejo Services provides a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for all materials furnished and installed by our team (copper pipe, valves, and fittings).

​Customer Equipment: There is no warranty provided on the existing, customer-supplied filters or their internal components
