I identified two key areas that require our attention. Firstly, all TV satellites must be mounted on the fascia board or the side of the house, as any penetration of the new shingles would void the warranty. Secondly, it’s crucial to inform management to reserve a parking space for unloading and loading materials, as well as for the dump truck during the demolition of the old shingles. I will provide photos below for reference.
