Remove existing venting tying into the heating system.

Cap 4” venting to heating system

Run approximately 25’ of 2” pvc venting along right side garage wall. Surface mount

Penetrate drywall and stucco behind front bush on the right corner of entry way area and install directional vent cap

Install 2.1 gal expansion tank. Relocate drip leg to the gas line coming out of the wall. Bond unit as needed. Install new stainless water flexes. Insulate hot and cold water line

Test and take pics.
