Conejo recently installed a new HVAC system in our older home as a replacement system for one that was underperforming. Brice came out to thoroughly explain the systems and all of the options available to us. He was patient and informative for any and all questions I had. He was not pushy but very pleasant and to-the-point which I appreciated. Great service, on time, very detailed in description of issues with our heating and cooling system.
The tech that came, felt he wasn't 100 percent sure on resetting the controller. He called for assistance and he supervisor told him how reset the controller. 15 minutes all done. Clean work. And the heater has been acting good. I trust these guys because they're willing to go the extra mile.
