The tech that came, felt he wasn't 100 percent sure on resetting the controller. He called for assistance and he supervisor told him how reset the controller. 15 minutes all done. Clean work. And the heater has been acting good. I trust these guys because they're willing to go the extra mile.

Conejo Services HVAC is amazing and they will be my first call from now on. After another company, PacWest Air, completely messed up the installation of two new A/C units, cracking a PVC pipe and leaving holes in my roof that would have leaked when it rained, Conejo came to the rescue. They redid PacWest's shoddy work and fixed everything that was done wrong. They were polite, professional, and fast. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a very good experience with Conejo Valley air conditioning. The summers have got longer and warmer and we have a 35-year-old home and wanted to put in an air conditioning system. I got a few quotes from other companies in the Oxnard and Ventura area. I saw the Conejo Valley air conditioning doing work in our neighborhood. They looked professional. I have been having problems with my old furnace and air conditioning. In January 28, 2025 my furnace gave up on me, on one of the coldest weeks we have had in while. I contacted Conejo Heating and Air and they sent a technician (Dakota) to look at it. It was not repairable. Mr Jamroz a sales manager came over to show me what they could offer and after talking with him and explaining the equipment and process for installation, I decided to have them install an new heater and AC/heat pump.
