Friendly, professional service
Trying to get the emergency appt was a little prolonged. I had "spoken" to an automated voice and was told my appt was scheduled. Three hours later I got a phone call from a real person saying that they'd tried getting ahold of me (I had no missed calls) and my appt wasn't scheduled yet!
Once my appointment was scheduled it was all good. Technician (Kevin) even called to tell me he was going to be later than he thought. When he got here, the problem was fixed within 1/2 hour or so. He was ple... Read more
This is a great company to work with. They’re responsive, they can usually come right when we need them, they’re friendly and polite when they’re in our home, and they do good work. They handle so many different services now that it’s great, I almost feel like they’re our one-stop shop whenever we need anything fixed.
