Lady on the phone was very nice and got me a same day appointment because I was about to leave town. Tech who came out, in the middle of the estimated time window, was very professional and found the issue quickly and corrected it. He also gave a visual inspection of the whole HVAC system to check for any other major issues. I will call these guys again next time for sure.
I was getting a quote for post fire remediation. Time frame for quote visit was between 9 and 11. Received a text on Sunday that the time was 8AM. I called to clarify but was told by individual answering the phone that she had no access to scheduling database.
