I am extremely happy with this company. They cleaned up everyday during the tear off and during installing the new roof tiles. They used an underlayment that has a 30 year warranty that is transferable which is great. They had immediate response when I had questions during the installation which means a lot to me. Communication was excellent as well as the finished product. I highly recommend them to anyone.
LocalRoofs replaced a 20+ year old shingles roof on my house. I was very happy with the whole process, from start to finish. Sales person was very knowledgeable and polite. The work was completed in 3 days:
- day one was removal of old singles and repair of any damaged plywood
- day two was an off day; just waiting for the city inspector to sign off
- day three was installing the new shingles and sealing and painting all vents

Ladies beware, caught 2 workers looking through my personal under garment drawer. Called a manager who came to speak with the employees and supervise the remainder of the work. They gave an illegitimate reason as to why they were snooping through my drawer but admitted that they did. The work got done 2 hours sooner than expected since a manager was supervising. Management did not contact us after so I’m sure those employees are still working with the company.
