We had a clogged bathroom sink. I had snaked the sink from a clean out; I’d also removed and cleared the P trap. The clog was not in the pipes away from the sink as the sink backed up quickly. My inexperience missed the plug assembly near the sink drain opening. It is an unusual assembly, the Conejo tech said he’d never encountered one like it before. The Conejo rep had it cleared in under two minutes. He was kind saying that my outline of the actions I’d already taken made it very easy for him.... Read more
