I was very, very pleased with Conejo plumbing. They installed a hot water heater, the technicians name was Jeff, and he was very, very thorough, explained everything to me. Did the work cleaned up the job, couldn’t have asked for anyone better thank you Jeff for doing a fantastic job

Trying to get the emergency appt was a little prolonged. I had "spoken" to an automated voice and was told my appt was scheduled. Three hours later I got a phone call from a real person saying that they'd tried getting ahold of me (I had no missed calls) and my appt wasn't scheduled yet! Once my appointment was scheduled it was all good. Technician (Kevin) even called to tell me he was going to be later than he thought. When he got here, the problem was fixed within 1/2 hour or so. My water heater was making odd noises so I called Conejo plumbing on a Saturday morning. The person on the phone was so friendly and was able to get me set up with an appointment between 12 and 2, a nice short window and only an hour or so after I called. Derek talked me through the necessary repairs and was very friendly.
