Thanks to wonderful William for cleaning out 30 years of lint that had backed up our dryer vent and not only made it hard for our dryer to operate but was a real fire risk! He even went an extra mile to rescue & gently relocate a smalll birds nest with unhatched eggs that was near the dryer vent outside so they would not be harmed. Lady on the phone was very nice and got me a same day appointment because I was about to leave town. Tech who came out, in the middle of the estimated time window, was very professional and found the issue quickly and corrected it. He also gave a visual inspection of the whole HVAC system to check for any other major issues. I will call these guys again next time for sure.
