Although the request for service wasn’t an emergency, the technician came right on time the next day, immediately diagnosed the problem, and within 90 minutes of arrival had rectified the problem.

I was getting a quote for post fire remediation. Time frame for quote visit was between 9 and 11. Received a text on Sunday that the time was 8AM. I called to clarify but was told by individual answering the phone that she had no access to scheduling database. As I was driving to the location on Monday, I received a call that the person coming was running late and would be there by 9AM. He showed up at 9:30!
