Trying to get the emergency appt was a little prolonged. I had "spoken" to an automated voice and was told my appt was scheduled. Three hours later I got a phone call from a real person saying that they'd tried getting ahold of me (I had no missed calls) and my appt wasn't scheduled yet!

This is a great company to work with. They’re responsive, they can usually come right when we need them, they’re friendly and polite when they’re in our home, and they do good work. They handle so many different services now that it’s great, I almost feel like they’re our one-stop shop whenever we need anything fixed.
After 19 years our furnace was on its last legs. Conejo replaced our whole system and replaced original ductwork in attic. The crew was efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
