I had a great overall experience my air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days. I needed them to come right away not only the waive after hours fee but the technician Fernando was very helpful kind and knowledgeable. I am glad they have that membership discount because it cut the price to make it a little bit more affordable

We had AC system leaking outside of the house and we reached out to conejo valley heat & air for maintenance. Able to get an appointment the next day and our technician David is really helpful and professional. He quickly found the problem and did the repairs. He also provided tips for future maintenance. Overall we are satisfied.

Not a hard sell company. Came on Tuesday to troubleshoot my upstairs AC. My blower motor was intermittent and I had the old R22 refrigerant that needed to be replaced. I just had them replace the whole unit. Installers came the next day and finished the job.
