I had the pleasure of having Dakota and Ryan at my house to fix my AC that was out for 2 weeks. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. However, Brandon told me that he wants to pull a soft inquiry on my credit. It turns out he did a HARD pull on my credit. I have excellent credit, and it cost me 11 points!! I will NEVER do business with a company that flat out lies.
