Derek was amazing! Our water heater broke 48 hours before my wife and I were to have our first baby. Was able to get a service appointment Saturday, Derek came back Sunday morning and got our water heater replaced. Thank you to the whole team that made this happen! We are literally on our way to the hospital this morning to welcome our baby boy!
