Our power went out due to precaution from the Santa Ana winds and the Mountain Fire. When the power came back, our central heat did not. Called Conejo Heating and they sent out Eric to check our furnace. Turns out the circuit board had surged. They replaced it and installed a surge protector! I am extremely happy with the level of customer service from that first phone call to the repair! If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be using this company in the future!

The communication between the company and the customer is above and beyond! The technician Eric was knowledgeable, efficient & personable.
