Very polite and professional. The company is technologically savvy using drones, showing pictures of their completed work on the day it is finished, and with keeping in touch during an incredibly busy season. This was a minor “sneaker” leak caused by 35 mph horizontal rains so the origin really couldn’t be determined. However, a “tune up” and mastic on all possible areas of entry was done. I appreciate that there was no pressure to do anything…only a discussion of possibilities.

Local roof was a great contractor and did a wonderful job repairing my roof. The roof was 38 years old and had several areas of dry rot as well as broken tiles. They responded promptly to my phone call, filmed the roof with a drone as well as walked it. Coordinated seamlessly with my pool Solar company as the Solar had to be removed first. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
