My experience with Local Roofs was not by choice since they are the company our HOA has chosen for roof work, but thank goodness for them! Our roof sprung a major leak after that crazy December-tornado-warning night. Greg went out and did a very thorough assessment of our roof, and worked with our HOA to get approval for complete replacement. Local Roofs came through for me amazingly! 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday night, 4:30 pm, an enormous branch dropped on my bedroom punching a hole right through the brand new roof they installed just 5 months before. I immediately called Greg Huber their salesman, my point man. A massive 5 day rain deluge was predicted to begin in just 24 hours. I was in a panic! By 9:00 PM Greg was sending me contracts to sign.
