Dakota was very profesoral and did a great job gave service to my Splits Units very happy with them best investment I use solar power so far no electric bill and keep my home really nice during the summer that was very hot. Controls the temperature and can be use for heating too. The unit outside you cannot tell that is on very quiet. Thank you Stella
