We have worked with this company before and found them to be very professional, well priced and good people. They came up to do a health check on our HEAT PUMP HVAC system. They thought it was a gas furnace! I made it very clear when I booked the visit on the phone, too. So they came up for nothing. They said that they would not charge us for the visit.
