Jorge was very pleasant. I went outside to see how it was going and it was surprised to see the caulking like the material he was using (that is white ) was used in a very messy, irregular fashion (instead of close to the edges like it should’ve been.). I commented on it, and he seem surprised, but then he started to make an effort to wipe off the extraneous material so the filler material was just along the edges. He was on time, Kind, very professional, and gave my husband and I information and several options to replace and add AC to our two story home. Although the diagnosis of my broken AC wasn't good news, the crew was very proactive in providing me with a replacement cost and getting the install done quickly. They also provided some portable units to manage the bridge in time until the new system is installed. 10/10 for me!!!
