This is for heater’s maintenance. The technician came on time. He is very polite and check my heater very professionally.
Heater was 18+ years old and would not turn on. Over the Christmas holiday, Conejo Valley arrived two days after my call at the appointment time. After some discussion, we decided to replace the heater rather than repair. They then suggested the AC be replaced as it was 22+ years old. The 1969 ducts and insulation were replaced and upgraded to today's standard. The house is quieter and stays warmer these winter days.
