The technician failed to appear after sending a text stating he was on the way. Then, when I contacted dispatch, I was advised the technician had arrived, knocked on the door, called me, waited 20 minutes, then left. We live in a gated community and the technician never actually went through the gate. I never received a call on my cell phone. So someone was lying to us about the missed appointment. I left work early to be at the house and the incident caused stress at the house.
