Haven't used them yet
Nathan, the service tech, was very nice, dressed professionally, and was respectful. He took time to repair the furnace AND explain to us what was wrong and what he was doing to repair it. I will call them again when I have a problem. I highly recommend them!
Alex was very professional and correctly identified the problem with our electric outdoor heater, fixing it and upgrading the wiring. Definitely a 5 star guy!
