I highly recommend Conejo Valley company. It’s not my first time to use them but this time I had a different issue .. my heater wasn’t working so I called them when the technician arrives. He noticed that it’s not plugged in! so he called the manager explaining what is going on and they waived the fees for the service call. I really appreciate the honestly of their business ! We have the silver maintenance plan, which works very well for us. Today we were serviced by JOEY, who was was on-time, a very good communicator, and extremely friendly and helpful with my questions about future potential improvements to our system. Another very positive experience for us overall with Conejo Valley Heating & Air.
