Had to clarify at the beginning what service was to be done. An incorrect work ticket had been sent to technician. Asked technician when he left to email me invoice and 2 days later am still waiting for it.
Good Morning Darlene, I apologize if there was any type of miscommunication. I do see that the invoice was already sent out to you twice, once when the tech left your home and once from our office. We can definitely send it again, but if you do not receive it there may be some internal issues. Please feel free to call in and have someone stay on the line with you until you get it. We can also print out a copy and send it through the mail if you would like.
