Technician came in on time & gave us professional diagnosis for AC.
The service technician, John, called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was very courteous and professional. Loved that he put covers on his shoes before stepping on the carpet. He thoroughly checked the problem and explained everything very carefully to me. I have been very happy with the system that I purchased from Conejo Valley Heating and Air and now I am also very pleased with their A/C service.
