Preventive maintenance is key. Since Conejo installed the A/C / Heating unit, it only makes sense to have them service the unit. So, when condensation appeared on the floor, it was important to get it looked at. My repair was under warranty and that made me feel good. The technician explained to me what he believe was the cause based upon a thorough inspection. He had the parts and did the repair.
