Bill Jeffries was our tech and he was super professional and very friendly. Great first time with your company. He did the annual “backflow” testing. I thought the price ($155) was outrageous as I’ve done this the past 13 years living in this house with ACCURATE. They charged $60, so not sure why the $155 was warranted. I have a 10 because the service was great, but price??? A 1.
