Very professional service technician that went straight to the root of the problem, fixed it and did not try to sell needless other services. I had explained what I thought the problem was when I called it in, and much to my surprise, the technician had my comments and went straight to the part in question and confirmed it was bad. A/C broke over Labor Day, of course. John (installer) showed up promptly (they had a cancellation so he was actually early), located the issue, changed out the part, and cleaned everything up. A+
