The technician Jorge was there right on time , was masked and maintained all the safety protocols. He was friendly and spent time explaining the issue and provided recommendations and fixed it quickly. No upselling or sales pressure but gave me the necessary information that might help me keep the unit well maintained in the future. Could not have asked for a better customer experience. Loved working these guys.
I was happy with the tech who came out very nice very professional. But as I told him I felt that because they installed the new furnace and air conditioner that the first inspection before the first year should be free. Disappointed that I had to pay.
