John was very professional and went out of his way to help
Professional and honest
Professional, on time, kept our house and workspace totally clean, explained every step about which we had questions.
Great HQ office staff; courteous, friendly, and helpful with confirming timetables for service techs.
Definitely using these folks again for our commercial property & homes.
Such an enjoyable experience from my 1st phone call to the company all the way through the service I received. My technician Nick was personable and knowledgeable. He didn't even blink when I asked him to wear a mask, something that is rare these days. Nick tried very hard to find a solution to my problem that would be less expensive and less invasive. I was excited to hear that this company will soon be doing electrical work as well! Highly recommend!
