They installed a new gas 50 gallon hot water heater on August 4. The service manager (Ralph) who came first to look at existing malfunctioning water heater was very professional--he showed us what was wrong and did make an adjustment and suggest we could see how that works, but since the heater was 15 years old, we decided to replace it with a new one. Alex #2, from Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning has been to my home several times for the service plan I subscribe to. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and explained things in terms I could understand. He not only checked the HVAC (heating) system, but offered to clean out the dryer vent. When I mentioned my loud garage door, he offered to take a look at that as well. He oiled and inspected the opening system I have and offered to send out a specialist. At no charge. Amazin...
