George came out. I had been told by another company that I needed a new capacitor in AC unit. George checked it out and the capacitor was just fine. This company is honest. I’d never use anyone else.
I believe the technician’s name is George and he did an excellent job. Failure was due to the- yes it’s true —loose wire. No charge, covered by warranty.
