I very recently moved into a condo in Oak Park and the AC wasn't working optimally. So CVH&A came out to look at the AC. The serviceman proceeded to tell my landlord and I that the condenser was leaking freon, he didn't know where the freon was leaking, and the condenser needed to be replaced which would cost at least $8,500.00. I have always used Conejo Valley Heating and Air for my water heater and air conditioning needs. They provide you with good service for your money. My only complaint lately is with the customer service aspect of the business, I think they could do a better job following up with their customers when additional work is needed. Just let us know what's next in a timely fashion.
