Craig was amazing! He cleaned and fixed our gas fireplace quickly for the price of a regular service call. Apparently the builders didn't set it up right to begin with. It works great now. He was knowledgeable and friendly!
They were fantastic from the salesperson to the completion of the job. They were quick, helpful, timely, competitive, and clean. We had our water heater replaced with a tankless, furnace upgraded, and had both units moved from an inside closet, up into the attic to reclaim the space. The plan was so good that we decided to install a/c as well. Couldn't be happier with the new system. (And my new pantry) 😎
From my 1st contact with Conejo Valley Heating/Air I was impressed with the displayed professionalism. Sales were clear and upfront on costs and procedures. The crew when they arrived for the install were careful to protect my floors and all were polite. The install was completed in one day with upgrades to the ducts to allow for future AC if I desire. Wish I could assign a 6 Star rating for overall rating.
