We originally had Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning install our AC over 20 + years ago. Never had a problem until 7/21. They came out on time, extremely professional with an email prior to visit with a picture of technician so we knew that the person coming out was legit. Huge +. The price was very fair, solved the problem very quickly and fixed it same day. They are now coming out to install fans in our attic next week. I will never use any other company. We had a wonderful experience with Conejo Heating and Air. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Each employee was polite and professional throughout the process.
We realized that our AC wasn’t working properly about an hour after the installers left. We had a technician back out within an hour. He was super polite and replaced a faulty thermostat (wasn’t anyone’s fault). He stayed pretty late and made sure that everything was working properly. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. Read less
We were extremely satisfied with the way the problem with our A/C was addressed in record response-time and Craig fixed it expeditiously!
Thanks so much
Wow. Excellent service. Very impressed. I’ve used several companies for this issue and these guys are definitely the best.
