On time. Efficient.
Very professional, fast response. It was an emergency and I was able to schedule the same day appointment. John, the technician, arrived on time and was great. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. Would absolutely recommend!
After installing a Lennox system a few years ago, we had some sort of fault last night. I called the after-hours 800 number. But with their help on the phone we couldn't solve the issue. Today they came out mid morning, found a faulty part, replaced it, and our air conditioner is back online for this latest heat wave.
