The technicians arrived right on time (masks in place). They were very professional and polite. Ultimately, they don't offer HVAC cleaning for the type of ducting I have. The owner returned later to provide thorough quote for a completely new system. Times being what they are, I am weighing all my options.

They installed a new gas 50 gallon hot water heater on August 4. The service manager (Ralph) who came first to look at existing malfunctioning water heater was very professional--he showed us what was wrong and did make an adjustment and suggest we could see how that works, but since the heater was 15 years old, we decided to replace it with a new one. Alex #2, from Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning has been to my home several times for the service plan I subscribe to. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and explained things in terms I could understand. He not only checked the HVAC (heating) system, but offered to clean out the dryer vent.
