He arrived ahead of schedule, was polite and immediately got to work. He was a nice friendly guy doing his job. He easily diagnosed my HVAC problem, quoted me a price to fix it. He offered a safety inspection and made recommendations. He suggested my heater would fail soon and quoted a huge replacement price. I know the system can be replaced for half of what was quoted but I understand upselling. I would probably NOT call them again as I thought his price to connect a few wires was too high. $1...
