We were disappointed to learn that our furnace needed to be replaced, but were absolutely impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of Conejo Valley Heating & Air. Their staff was available for appointment times that were convenient to us. After the initial inspection, we got a next-day appointment for the installation. The workers were quick, clean, and thorough in getting the job done. We were incredibly pleased with their service and will happily recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We just wanted to give a big thank you to Branden and the team. We purchased a new home and 3 hours later heard water in the furnace cabinet. Panicking we called Branden at 8:30 at night and he was there within an hour. Not only did he tell us what to do while he was on his way he upon arrival immediately stopped the water and stopped it from happening again. Absolutely the BEST and most HONEST heating and air company on the planet. Branden came to quote a new furnace and compressor, after we were told by two other LOCAL companies that the unit needed replacing and that the transformer had blown and likely the circuit board as well.
