Went with this company due to all the good reviews. Have an older heater that has worked flawlessly for the last 20 years, wouldn't light. Bad igniter and was told its parts no longer available but retrofit was available for $1100. Told me a better investment to replace heater and AC for $13,000. Went with another company and they quickly found a different problem, fixed it with a standard component they had with them, for much less than half the cost and heater was working again in less than...
