Had a heat pump that only pumped heat. The first technician worked on the problem without success. The next day a senior technician, Jorge, came out and succeeded in finding a non-operating wire and a defective thermostat, both of which could have been damaged from a power surge.
David Gonzalez came to do routine maintenance. He came across some issues and was extremely transparent with both me and my landlord. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me and my landlord maintain the AC and our sink/pipes.
