Grant Sullivan called to give me his ETA, diagnosed the downstairs furnace's problem very quickly asked if I wanted a safety inspection. I agreed, he was knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why. He was completely honest and explained the furnace was old but the key parts were fine and attempted to sell me nothing.
