I am truly disappointed with this company. The problem started when they sold my family a new system, which was over $15,000 only to find out from them that it was not the right system for the house(after it was installed after we had problems with it) and that it needed to be relocated to the attic of the house and that they wanted $11,000 more to put the correct system in. Our tech Justin was professional, friendly, thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. He was prompt in messaging his arrival time and completed the work efficiently; with care for cleaning up. Justin went above and beyond! This was a repeat use of CVHVACP, in 2022, they installed brand new HVAC, duct work, and attic insulation. Again, same 10/10 service expectations. Family owned and operated, they operated with integrity and fairness. A customer for life!
