Alex was awesome. His expertise and knowledge of the situation made me feel confident that I chose the right repair service. He inspected the outlets and kept me informed on the process. He replaced the outlets and was very professional and helpful.
It has given us a nice peace of mind knowing it has now prevented a dangerous scenario.
