Thanks so much for the kind words, wonderpoos! We're glad our team was welcoming and thorough, and we really appreciate your recommendation 😊
Had a heat pump that only pumped heat. The first technician worked on the problem without success. The next day a senior technician, Jorge, came out and succeeded in finding a non-operating wire and a defective thermostat, both of which could have been damaged from a power surge.
Thanks for the feedback, Gene! We appreciate your patience and are glad Jorge found the bad wire and faulty thermostat and got your heat pump working again 🔧😊 Reach out anytime if you need us.
David Gonzalez came to do routine maintenance. He came across some issues and was extremely transparent with both me and my landlord. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me and my landlord maintain the AC and our sink/pipes.
Thanks Meghan! We’re so grateful for your kind words 🙌 I’ll pass this praise to David Gonzalez, and we’re glad he could help with your AC and plumbing—reach out anytime 🔧
