Became a member last year after I needed my dryer vent cleared and they mentioned that their membership included this plus summer and winter AC maintenance which honestly already pays for the membership. Had a checkup on the gold program. Tony was great and got two faucets to turn on when we could not. Gave us good advice about our shower faucet, as well. Drained the water heater as part of maintenance.
10/10 experience. Justin came out for the site survey, he was on time, listened to what I needed, and put together a solid plan to run a new pipe from an existing one so I could have a spigot in my garage for washing my car and cleaning the garage floor.
